Shipping and Handling
The Kashmir Company endeavors to ship purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges. Currently, our online store is setup to service orders placed from or shipped to locations inside continental U.S. For US territories, APO and FPO addresses please send us an email at sales@KashmirCompany.com. Customers outside the US are very welcome to place orders with us. Please send us an email at sales@KashmirCompany.com with Product SKU# and quantity. We will get back to you within 48 hrs with the shipping rate and any other details requested. All Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

Check Order Status and Track Shipments Online
If you have an account with The KashmirCompany, it's easy to check the status of your orders. Simply go to View Order History under My Account. From there, search for the order. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the shippers web site, where you can follow the progress of shipments. If you don't have a The Kashmir Company account yet, set one up at My Account.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated according to weight and the purchase value of your order.
