Return Policy
As long as the purchase was made within the time frame
specified below and the item has not been used or worn, you may return
your order. Please use original Kashmir packaging for all returns.
Merchandise purchased and returned within 14 days will be credited in
the original tender or merchandise credit, if accompanied by original
sales receipt. After 14 days, sale product is not eligible for return
credit.

- If your return is a result of error on our part (products received
damaged or incorrect order fulfillment), we will refund all shipping
charges on receipt of product and verification of the condition stated.
- If your return is NOT a result of error on our part, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
- You should insure the parcel when sending back to us.
- All
returns should reach us within 14 days from the date of the delivery of the original order.
- The original packaging, tags and labels must still be attached to the item in order to return or exchange.
- All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- You are responsible for all costs in returning the item(s) back to us.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all return orders.
- We will issue your
refund only after the returned merchandise reaches us in the condition
stated above.
- You will receive an
e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
