Return Policy
As long as the purchase was made within the timeframe specified below and the item has not been used or worn, you may return your order. Please use original Kashmir packaging for all returns. Merchandise purchased and returned within 30 days will be credited in the original tender or merchandise credit, if accompanied by original sales receipt. After 30 days, sale product is not eligible for return credit.

If your return is a result of error on our part (products received damaged or incorrect order fulfilment), we will refund all shipping charges on reciept of product and verification of the condition stated. If your return is NOT a result of error on our part, you will be responseible for all shipping and handling costs. We will issue your refund only after the returned merchandise reaches us in the condition stated above. You should insure the parcel when sending back to us. All returns should reach us within 30 days of purchase. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
