![]() 6. By which carrier will my order be shipped? We ship via FedEx,UPS and USPS. 7. What if I change my mind after my order is placed? Once an order is placed and confirmed at The Kashmir Company, you cannot make changes online. For assistance please send an email to Support@KashmirCompany.com. 8. What if I am not pleased with my selection? Can I return the purchase? As long as the purchase was made within the timeframe specified below and the item has not been used or worn, you may return your order. Please use original Kashmir packaging for all returns. Merchandise purchased and returned within 30 days will be credited in the original tender or merchandise credit, if accompanied by original sales receipt . After 30 days, sale product is not eligible for return credit. 9. What will it cost me to make a return or exchange? If your return is a result of error on our part (products received damaged or incorrect order fulfilment), we will refund all shipping charges on reciept of product and verification of the condition stated. If your return is NOT a result of error on our part, you will be responseible for all shipping and handling costs. We will issue your refund only after the returned merchandise reaches us in the condition stated above. You should insure the parcel when sending back to us All returns should reach us within 30 days of purchase. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. 10. Will my order be taxed? Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders based on shipping address. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift certificates; however, items paid for with gift certificates will be taxed. 11. I live outside the United States. Can I order from The Kashmir Company? Currently, our online store can only process orders placed from or shipped to locations inside continental U.S. For US territories, APO and FPO addresses please send us an email at Sales@KashmirCompany.com. Customers outside the US are most welcome to place orders with us. Please send us an email at Sales@KashmirCompany with Product SKU# and quantity. We will get back to you within 48 hrs with the shipping rate and any other details requested. 12. What do I do if my item arrives damaged? Customer satisfaction is our goal at The Kashmir Company.
