1. What payment methods can I use?
The Kashmir Company accepts the following methods of payment for purchases:
* MasterCard
* Visa
* Personal Checks
* Money Orders
* Online gift certificates
* PayPal® (not at this time)
* American Express (not at this time)
* Discover (not at this time)

Important information about payment: Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. If you are using a debit or check card for payment, however, the funds will immediately be deducted from your account.
For personal checks and money orders, your order will be shipped only after encashment of the payment.
2. When will my order ship?
The Kashmir Company endeavors to ship purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order. Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges. Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.
3. When will my order be delivered?
Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed prior to noon Pacific time and shipping to the address listed with your credit card company as your official billing address will arrive as specified above. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. Standard Ground: within 3 to 8 business days 3-Business-Day: within 3 business days 2-Business-Day: within 2 business days.
4. What does it cost to ship my order?
Shipping rates are calculated according to the purchase value of your order. Sometimes we offer free shipping promotions whereby the shipping rates will change.
5. Do you ship outside the continental United States?
Currently, our online store can only process orders placed from or shipped to locations inside continental U.S. For US territories, APO and FPO addresses please send us an email at Sales@KashmirCompany.com. Customers outside the US are most welcome to place orders with us. Please send us an email at Sales@KashmirCompany.com with Product SKU# and quantity. We will get back to you within 48 hrs with the shipping rate and any other details requested.
